Booked at 4pm picked up the following morning and returned to me mid afternoon. Photos sent show the new discs. I could not be happier with the service. Very friendly and good communication.

The job was to replace the pre-catalyst Lambda probe (Oxygen sensor) on my car.

Following completing the booking I received a pre-appointment courtesy call to confirm time and the arrangements from ONE STOP GARAGE - WALSALL

The mechanic carried out some pre-work checks on my car and took the time to explain and show me what parts he would need to remove in order to complete the work.

While the job was completed I waited in the waiting area and was provided with a complimentary hot drink.

The work was completed in around an hour which I thought was fantastic as it wasn’t the easiest part to locate in the engine bay.

Whilst completing the work the mechanic identified an important hose which had split. A few days prior to the booking my car had began to sound different, and had a sudden loss of performance. It was also using alot of fuel and I hadn’t had chance to take a look to see if I could identify the cause.

Once the booking was complete the mechanic stated that he had repaired the damaged hose. I had not asked for him to do this and certainly didn’t expect him to do any extra work. However he truly did save me some £££’s as the split hose was costing me a lot in fuel and probably would have cost a lot to have replaced if I’d called Audi as it was something I’d most likely have to get from a dealer.

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out and the car now runs like a dream.
Definitely done to a high standard, the mechanic was knowledgeable of my car and in my opinion he went above and beyond repairing a pipe he certainly did not have to.

The environment was clean, and they have everything needed in house whatever the job.

Would I recommend their service, most definitely and they will definitely receive my customer in the future.

Very friendly service, job done. Offered collection and drop off at the time convenient for me. Job took longer than expected but got complimentary car wash. They even repaired another part free of charge. Like the fact that the photos were uploaded on the website. Very pleased and would definitely recommend that place.
