I needed basic checks for my car and Ashley did all the relevant engine diagnostic tests and advised me what needed to be done. Brilliant job.

Ash came to diagnose my Merc which unfortunately couldn't be diagnosed where it was, so I paid £40 to get it recovered and taken to one stop for a certain diagnosis, no work was carried out really on site but they assure me that they will find the problem for me and give me a reasonable fix price, they are all very well mannered and polite they seem to know what they are doing and clearly want to help people.

They have done an excellent job, fast and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

I must admit I approached this whole click thing with some trepidation but the One Stop team simply blew me away. I've always been demanding but I've never had this level of service from a garage. From being able to watch the work with full explanation step by step under the bonnet to having the car delivered to my doorstep, it was just incredible. These guys eliminate any worry about 'rip-off garage' alert the minute you walk in. Very authentic and thoroughly competent. I'd recommend them to anyone.
