I’m so happy with the level of customer service iv received getting the car a new battery was daunting for me and so expensive but thanks to click mechanic we ended up with a lovely polite and well manned young man who replaced the battery and checked electrics and so on it was a very thorough job high quality and in fantastic time thank you for making life easier for us drivers to find amazing mechanics excellent all the way and definitely recommend you A+++++

Once Andrew arrived he was very apologetic and the work, (battery replacement,) has been done satisfactorily.
Unfortunately he arrived 24 hours later than expected, not altogether his fault as the wrong battery had been supplied. I had to ring ClickMechanic on a London number to report the delay who soon sorted the matter and also rang me to see if the mechanic had arrived on time today. I think she then got in touch with said mechanic for me. So the matter has been solved and in spite of the bad timekeeping and lack of communication from the garage I would recommend ClickMechanic. The price was very reasonable too.

Very good work following up on the previous diagnosis of the problem, also carried out additional work to fix a previously unidentified problem. Work completed promptly and car returned to me in good time.
