This was the second time I have used Princess Road through click mechanic and I now won’t use anyone else - friendly and helpful and excellent work. It makes like so much easier - five star service.

Arrived in the allotted time slot, was knowledgeable friendly and completed the work professionally. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend.

Got me sorted with great key code and cutting mobile Servies next day and managed to get to me a day earlier, I’m well happy

Great guy and brilliant service, needed a car to be checked over before i purchased it and he did all the relevant checks which led me to purchase the car, i had the car check over by a friend at a garage and was exactly as described by him, 👍🏼

Princess Road garage in Seaham was honestly faultless. I booked my service with clickmechanic the day before as I was let down by a different company. So quick and easy, the guy picked my car up and dropped it off at agreed times. It was hassle free and will definitely go back & Recommend to everyone. Extremely good value for money, happy customer : )

We paid for a premium pre-inspection as a small family business requiring a reliable used HGV.
All boxes were ticked as good and we purchased the vehicle having been advised by an 'expert' that all was in good working order.
3 months on and we have paid our over £5,000 on repairs which were unforeseen.
The 'Premium' pre-inspection report was purely a tick box exercise and I doubt any type of actual inspection has ever taken place.
The garage we have used for over 5 years for our 12 weekly servicing quote "no mechanic worth his salt could have signed that off as in good condition" says it all.
We are now left with costs that are not budgeted, tough to bear and the feeling of frustration and disappointment.
