Rude guy. Called me once so he could keep my money ! He wouldn’t give me a specific time that he was going to arrive and had me waiting from 1pm. He claims he called me 7 times from 2:30 but I only received 1 call and when I answered I couldn’t hear him and then he wouldn’t answer my calls after that. He then cancelled my booking and took the £40 when it was his incoherent behaviour that led to him having to cancel the booking. I would like my money back and I would not like to get this mechanic again.

I received emails advising that Adrian had accepted the job and the time and day he would be attending. Adrian rang to confirm a couple of hours before arriving. He arrived on time, carried out the work promptly and tidied the area after. He then advised details of the work carried out and gave some useful tips on future maintenance. He was friendly, helpful and polite throughout.
