Land Rover Freelander Alternator/ Air Con belt replacement
Replace both Alternator and Air Con belts, check all tensioners, guiders and associated pulleys for failure, all ok

He knew his stuff. Car is running great as it was before the belt snapped. Make sure they send you a local mechanic and, if you require a mobile mechanic, make sure he will come to you, you will suffer extra cost if they take it away.

To replace nearside abs sensor, Front Pads and wiper blades
Carry out diagnostic check to find out which abs sensor has failed, to replace the failed abs sensor. Replace front pads as less than 2mm left on them. Replace both wiper blades as ripped/torn not clearing screen effectively

Volkswagen Polo Customer was advised cam belt/timing chain needs replacing as noisy, timing chain ok no excessive noise coming from engine. Offside front wheel bearing needs replacing as noisy/ rumbling at low speed, poss this is problem.

the mechanic and his mate looked under the bonnet for about 15 minutes, then said it's something internal in the engine and left. I was charged £105.00 for looking at my engine and my car still isn't working. so pretty disguted

Andrew the mechanic who attended was honest and very efficient and gave a proper diagnostic of what he could deduce from starting up the car and listening to the engine noise.
He did not attend on Saturday 30/June but only on Monday am 02/July which you should have been aware of as I told you by numerous messages that the mechanic telephoned me and changed the collection to Monday 02/July.
Your head office has to be more aware of what is going on in the field so that you are not guessing what is really going on. This looks unprofessional
