Unhappy throughout, i requested a repair at home and the repair was accepted. Garage turned up with transporter and took the car away and then only to be informed that the work down by previous click mechanic had been carried out incorrectly and was the direct cause of this breakdown. I was quoted a price to repair the vehicle and was then subsequently charged a further 110.00 to take the car to the garage which was another 2/3 of the cost of the repair on top. I complained to customer service however as soon as 5pm arrived there was no further contact. Not impressed at all as it would have been lots cheaper to ask the AA to take it to a local garage for me.

Very, very good service. Delighted with the customer care, the speed of the fix which could have been much more complicated, and the constant updates on progress. Will definitely use this mechanic again.

The mechanic appears to have done a good repair (time will tell) There was a problem, however, in that he tried to more than double the agreed price with no communication or justification whatsoever.

I am really impressed with service I had recieved from Andy (AWM garage) he was precise, efficient, knowledgeable, very friendly and reliable. From arranging the pick up truck to collect my car to finding and fixing the problem I was kept fully up to date. Wayne who collected my car informed me of approximate time of arrival an was was punctual and the was ready on the date and time given. Booked service and MOT with pick up and delivery for a Tuesday, but they couldn’t make it because of road traffic. Rearranged for the day after, lucky I was home!
I thought the car needed more work done, but the mechanic told me everything was fine, happy with that.
