I got told by a different mechanic that my car had head gasket issues and so I booked it in for a head gasket replacement and so on. Andrew told me that it wasnt the head gasket it was infact the thermostat housing that had a crack in that was causing the coolant loss and before id even said to get on with the repair hed already got it done. Excellent mechanic I shall be using him again for any future car needs. Would highly recommend.

Phil was excellent today , arrived on time kept me informed and returned the car promptly .
However i have an issue with the cost , this is because i was quoted £67.71 originally only to be told this morning there was costing error and actual cost was £172.72, not happy and would make seriously think again about using click mechanic again. I think you need to look at the costing of jobs and not mislead customers with what they will be charged .

Hyundai ix35 Remove gearbox replace 3 piece clutch with new unit, bleed clutch system, return to customer

Should have picked car up on a Friday got a call to pick car up on Monday between 8 and 9 was eventually picked up at 10 replace clutch s/b 2£229 car was kept 2 days cos a extra £96 due to garage not replacing clutch properly 1st time no call to tell me it would cost extra and car was brought back late on second day by a guy that had my heater on full leaving my car with not a very nice smell and in a mess

Hi Robert, regards to your car and the replacement clutch I kept you in full knowledge about whats going on/happening with your car, We had a problem with the new thrust bearing not bleeding giving us a clutch pedal, thais was replaced at no extra cost and the vehicle returned to you as quickly as we could.
The heater on full leaving your car not very nice and a mess, regards we do not touch anything we do not need to, having spoken to him about this he clarify that the heater was on the same temp and speed it came in with.

Kia Rio Starter motor replacement

The work completed on my car was fantastic, the car now runs fine (Kia Rio 2014 ended a new starter)
But communication was awful I didn’t have a clue where my car was or when it’d be back! And I had no number to ring to find out what was happening!
