Nick was very professional and fixed my car.

Nick was great no problems quick, reliable.

The inspection was good.I understand from the dealer that Nick was thorough in his job. The report was crisp . Issues were logged clearly.

Nick sent messages on WhatsApp about some scratches and condonsate.This will be very helpful when dealing with the dealer.

I heard that Nick had difficulty locating the dealership and hence the 4 stars.

Nick was friendly and reasonably knowledgeable but unfortunately he turned up late and to make matters worse he had the wrong part so the job was delayed further.
And after all that my issue is still on going so I've basically wasted my money sorry won't be using click mechanic again I should of followed my instincts and took it to my local garage instead.

Nick was great, couldn't fault him. Very friendly and knowledgeable, knew what was needed and fitted the part I provided instantly with no messing around. He was here and gone in 15 minutes but did everything that was needed. Will certainly be using this service next time I need any repairs on my vehicle.

Due to come between 8-10, called at 9:55 to say he has just picked up the parts and would be here within 30 mins. He finally arrived at 12, with his young daughter in the car. Took an hour to do the job (new brake discs/pads) and it all looks good.
