Nick was very helpful, friendly and gave good advice. He was however very late.arrived at 13.45 for a 10-12 slot.having said that he was apologetic and I would use the service again.

The information that the mechanic gave was precise but still needs checking to see if correct as it could also be piston ring wear.

Nick fixed the problem. As I am not very knowledgeable on cars and not much experience of driving yet the job he did put my mind at ease.

The job was done in good time and mechanic then asked me to check car over. He was very polite and friendly.
