We are happy with the work Nick carried out. He replaced 2 break pads on our corsa, the brand of part he used was DriveTec which we found to be quite a cheap brand. Our time slot was 8.00-10.00, and we got a call from him just after 10 to say he was on his way, so even though he was late, he did eventually let us know. He arrived 20minutes later and was nice and friendly and started the work immediately and was finished within 30 minutes. Overall we are happy with the work done, as we did only book the night before. Would recommend if your in a time crunch situation and need something doing on your car fast, but would chose a local garage if we wasn't it need of the work doing immediately.

Nick was useless and without removing the door panel he guessed it was the motor on my window that was at fault,which was incorrect. He did offer to remove the door panel after his diagnoses to try and close my window as a temporary measure but I had to intervene when he tried to prize it of with a flat screwdriver which would have damaged my car. He still charged me for his diagnoses and when I objected he felt because he attended the money was his even though his diagnoses was incorrect, and he nearly damaged my car.
During my attempt to get a refund through the resolution centre one of Nicks responses was if I knew how to do it I should have fixed it myself, if it wasn't so bad it would be funny.

I was in a bit of a dilemma I had a long motorway drive due on a Sunday and some idiot smashed into my door mirror on the Friday night before . My local garage was closed and I needed a replacement Saturday so I could do the motorway drive safely It would have been very difficult to change lanes without a door Mirror.
After searching the internet I came across this site add it was a lifesaver .
All I did was give my car details and what needed to be don ,give my c/card details and address ,that was on Friday night . On Saturday I had a text message from Nick the mechanic I’ll be there between 12 and 200 it said Nick came at 1ish with a new door mirror replaced my smashed one checked it was working ok then had A chat about folding them in in future then left.
I was very satisfied with his punctuality , professionalism and courteousness and also pleased with finding this site ,not sure about the price though but the response and convenience of click mechanic fare outweighs the cost, and in an emergency I would use then again no doubt about that.

He diagnosed the problem efficiently .The drivers door handle wouldn't open and it needed a spare part, which quite reasonably he didn't have with him. However, the cost of the replacement parts and the need to wait made me decide to go to the local dealer and get it fixed, which I did.

Nick had some trouble finding my address's and it was very dark when he arrived yesterday as he had to travel to Liverpool to purchase my wing mirror. All work carried out satisfactory, but then part of the wing mirror was coming away from the car so had to call him back. He fixed it and it seems to be satisfactory now.

Nick was friendly and helpful

Your (mechanic) never had a jack had to ask where the car jack was
he used my penetrative spray (fixt400) to release the nuts then we find out when my girlfriend took the car to a garage to have it checked out we find out your (mechanic) has put the wrong belt on and not the right way that is why it was making a noise and not a faulty pulley which he tried me to have fixed I have the belt he put on the car and it looks worse for ware after only 15 miles if you need pictures of the belt I can send you them then I find out you have charged me extra for his incompetence and without notifying me you was taking money out of my account without my permission
it has cost me £50 to have the job done right .

Did a good job on the brakes but could not fit alternator belt as he told me the alternator as gone.then charged me more than i was qouted for less work?
