Richard agreed to fit my alternator one day but actually fitted it the following day. I was given a few hours notice and told he couldn't get the part but the delay caused me some grief.

Richard was great. He explained what he was doing and was very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will certainly use him again as well as recommending click mechanic to my friends and family.
