Richard was professional and seemed totally in control of the repairs having to make several trips to source the correct part and fit it. In fact the fit involved the removal of all the front and side panels of the car. We were very impressed by his professionalism and competence throughout the repair. Even coming out on a Saturday morning to complete the work.
