Great communication, calling to say when he would be arriving.
Unfortunately one of the bolts sheared off as he was taking the wheel off. Wasn't a problem. Richard made a phone call and 40 min later he was back to finish the job. Explained everything, showed me the rusty bits and tested the car before he brought it back. Very honest, great communication, extremely punctual and just an all round great guy. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Will definatly be using Richard for any future work.
