Rich was very friendly and helpful. It was a pre-purchase inspection and he not only checked the car mechanically but also took time to assess how the car has been used and maintained. He attended to a couple of things, such as the choice of language on the infotainment screen and other small, but significant factors. When discussing the report he was extremely helpful and offered guidance on the areas where I had questions, giving me as much time as I required to discuss things and even offering additional support should I need it. Very professional, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
