I wasn't there at the time the work was carried out, though I am told Richard turned up at the time he said he would, and carried out the work in the specified time. The car is fine now, having had the alternator belt replaced. It is so convenient to be able to have this work carried out at home, since the alternative of towing the car to a garage is a major hassle with additional expense. Will certainly use this service again if I am unlucky enough to have another breakdown or need other work to be done.
