I set-up my own business and was self employed for several years before closing down to move to Mr Clutch as branch manager. Spent most of the time on google as did not know how to remove back seat to test fuel pump

The time I spent on “google” was researching the definition for the fault code relating to the issue . At the same time I was reading the fault codes in other modules and data streaming sensors to get an idea of what was working and what was not. At no point did I google how to remove the back seats as I could see it would be a time consuming undertaking which I explained was not factored into this particular visit. We had a good chat about the steps moving forward, at which point you agreed to replace the relay as it is inexpensive and could potentially save you money. Pending the outcome of which the car would be re booked to have the seats removed and fuel pump tested. During my time at the car I was nothing but attentive in trying to find the best route to a solution. I feel this review is harsh and in no way reflects me or the service I provide. In future I would like to think any concearns you may have are taken up with the technician directly rather than damaging a reputation all technicians work hard to achieve with negative feedback.
