I am very happy with the whole process. Couldn't be easier to book (he had inspected the car 12 hrs after I made the request on the website), and he saved me 50% of the car's list price in repairs! Transmission was faulty, the dealer told me the battery was dead but he found out it was the alternator. I know nothing about cars so his help was invaluable. Overall, the best money I've spent in a long while.

Buying a car during COVID was a real challenge for me and I had little choice but to try a different approach.
