Very good and quick inspection and production of the report I'd asked for - I was called up and sent an email within a couple of hours. I have only knocked off a star for quality and communication because, while I didn't particularly mind getting an unsolicited later email offering to fix most of the faults identified for a certain sum, it did suggest that the operation is geared to producing work for mechanics. More seriously, the quote made no mention of the most serious and potentially expensive fault in the report: an airbag warning light showing, which as the mechanic himself said is an MOT fail item. We didn't meet Kami, but his assessment seemed comprehensive and report prompt. It gave us a good indication of the quality of the repairs the car had received.

Kami was great. He called me after the inspection and ran me through a few issues he had spotted with the car. The inspection report was sent through promptly and Kami kindly took another couple of calls from me to help make sure I understood everthing. I was then able to get the issues the inspection identified fixed before collecting the vehicle.
