Kami was excellent. He conducted a Premium Pre Purchase Inspection on a car I was thinking of buying, and he was brilliant.

From the start, I felt that he was on my side and wanted to help me to make the best and most informed choice for my situation.

He explained what he was checking as he was doing it, which meant I actually picked up one or two tips for assessing used cars in future. He conducted tests and explained what the implications of different things might be and suggested points to consider. For things that were worn or damaged, he provided rough indications of how much they might cost to repair in the future so that I was aware of what the future expenses might be, and roughly when they would need to be completed if I bought the car.

He also assisted with working out how much to offer for the car, and the points to bring up/ negotiate on if I wanted to purchase it.

It was like having a relative with you who wants you to get a fair deal, but unlike a relative, he is an actual expert and knows what he's talking about. Amazing service, well worth the cost. Changed the appointment time at short notice to everyone's advantage, called promptly to summarise the test results and sent over a comprehensive report with comments backed up with photographs.
