Never heard from the mechanic - I was told to expect a call within a short time of the report being completed, and I did not receive a call. Report was poor in quality with little or no narrative. The report was supplemented by only 4 photos, and REALLY basic ones at that. Front, Side, Rear - all of which I could have seen from the sellers Auto-Trader images, and nothing of any mechanical merit. I used this service (the PREMIUM level) as the car was older than some other inspection service companies would examine - was disappointed by the service provided.

He arrived after the scheduled time slot. Don't remember them apologising for lateness nor giving reason for their lateness. Had to request for report to be sent to me. The cost of report seems unreasonable in light of what was actually undertaken. My bank as also requested for another report to be undertaken. Very disappointed and not impressed.

Very happy with the work Kami did - pre purchase inspection for a Toyota. Sadly due to issues found i decided against buying, but I felt confident in Kami's expertise, he explained the findings of the inspection clearly, photos included in the report including clear photos showing evidence of any issues that were found, and I feel that it saved me a lot of money and hassle that could have come up from hidden problems if I had not had the inspection.

Kami did a fantastic job. He identified the issue, arranged for the replacement and then was able to repair and correct some other things on the car for under the initial quoted price. Car fixed, cost less than initially thought, how can I be happier. Also Kami is the nicest man, a real pleasure to talk with.
