Kamie was efficient and pleasant. He called to provide a summary of his inspection in advance of sending the email report on the same morning. Despite my careful review of the car the inspection picked up items I hadn't spotted. The inspection was booked after office hours and undertaken next day at the time I asked for. Very good service. Kami was great! Very communicative and explained everything to me very clearly. The car had a few issues which we asked the seller to fix. It's so amazing to have someone as knowledgeable as Kami take a look at the car beforehand and also chat with the seller in person, you then know whether you can trust the seller or not. Brilliant, thank you for your time and advice! Much better than AA who also send you a report but don't really comment on anything, so yes you have a report but you're still kind of left alone with your decision.
