Jim text me this morning to give me an estimated time of arrival which was 09:30 at 09:30 on the button he turned up, he introduced himself he was very pleasant and my first impressions were very good.
He took my car off my driveway to make sure no oil or any other fluid from the car would mark the driveway.
He done a full service on my car and at the end he explained what he done and left all the old material with me as proof to what you done.
I would have no hesitation in using Jim again he was very professional and anybody else who gets him in the future Will not be disappointed .

Jim was very good and friendly and did a great job, only gripe is that as he had to drive 70 miles to get here the costing from ClickMechanic was incorrect and I thought he was going to be local to me, but that is not Jim's fault.
