Work seemed fine and was speedily done.
He did arrive around 40 minutes after expected maximum time slot, but did phone to advise he was running late

Tarkan explained the issues on the phone well and sent out the report the same day
He pointed out the things that needed to be replaced now and in future which helped estimate the new parts costs and negotiate with the seller.

Tarkan was very personable and came completely prepared with every possible option of the parts required for the job so that he wouldn't have to go away to get more parts once he'd started.
