Although slightly later than planned I dont blame him completely as I know how traffic works around in and out of London.

Tarkan was knowledgable, professional and very approachable. He didn't mind me firing questions at him and he was happy to explain his checks to me. He also gave me advice and estimates on when I would be expecting to replace certain parts. He seemed very thorough in his checks, enough for me to feel confident that I was not purchasing a potential disaster.

Tarkan was great. The initial booking was not possible, but once resolved, all was fine. Communication was clear and excellent in terms of opinion of the car, during the inspection visit and immediately after. Report, with images, was sent through as expected. Post inspection communication(call/text, when I had further queries or items that popped into mind) were welcomed.

Great job done by Tarkan. My squeeky/grinding brakes are now back in full working order. Tarkan arrive on time and was a pleasure to meet. Would definitely recommend and use again for further work on my vehicles

Tarkan was friendly and knowledgeable but he was late although he did ring in advance to say he would be, but if I'd had other appointments that day it might not have suited me. He was lucky that day.
I had ordered a full major service and I would have expected the mechanic to check fluid levels and if necessary top up but this did not happen. I can't therefore be certain that the specified parts have been replaced. I have use the service previously and was more then happy but this time not so much.
