Tarkan was very helpful and thorough. I was a bit apprehensive in booking using clickmechanic as I have always used popular franchises to do any work on my cars. My Smart car is not exactly an easy car to work on but Tarkan was really lovely about the particular challenges the Smart design poses. He explained everything to me and mentioned things which will need looking at in the future. When one of his tools broke he was happy to come and finish the work on another day at another location which was convenient to me. He could simply have told me he had completed the work that he was unable to do due to the broken tool and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he came out for a second time and no doubt an extra cost to himself to complete the work. All in all I will definitely be using Tarkan again for future work. Comes highly recommend.
