I completed my apprenticeship at an independent garage in nottinghamshire and spent 4 great years here from 2001-2005 learning my trade and very quickly i was carrying out work varying from general servicing and repairs to major engine rebuilds. In 2005 I moved to Nationwide Auto Centres (now Halford's) for around 4 years. I moved back to the area of Long Eaton where I worked for a independant garage carrying out all types of servicing and repairs, clutch replacments, headgaskets, Timing belts, mot test and repairs In 2010 I moved onto a independant garage in Stapleford and was there until 2012 before moving to another independent garage in Castle Donnington and was made manager of the garage in2013. Yes and Yes, Kevin fulfilled both of the above but I thought there would be a text giving a approximate ETA also I thought there would be a printed report of his findings. I could only remember certain items that he reported such as the fact that the speedometer (electronic) was slow. This is rather an important item but I have only got my memory to go on. What can I do about getting that item rectified.?

very knowledgable, advised me what the problem was and what additional costs might be involved , did not try to pressure me into anything,only drawback was he didnt arrived until 10 mins after the 2 hour arrival window but i am using him again.

Kevin was very attentive in his work...but a little too attentive to the electrical side of things.
I had mention the lack of fuel...and after 45 mins or so saw that the fuel pump at the front of the engine was in fact leaking deisel!!!!
He was thorough in his investigations......although rather to many greasy finger marks have been left on the light grey interior for my liking, which I shall have to have removed !!
