Kevin was a very good mechanic and also offered options with the fitting. However I would never recommend using ClickMechanic as they cannot provide accurate prices from the outset and from the original price quoted actually got charged over 24% increase on the price I originally agreed to book the mechanic for. Will be posting other feedback to ensure everyone I know never uses this service. This has to be the worst online experience I’ve received in a very long time. Poor communication, not Kevin but ClickMechanic in general is woeful.

Kevin was punctual, polite and helpful. He advised about other work that needed doing but wasn't pushy about getting it done. Really pleased overall with the work.

Turned up on time. Although there wasn’t a fault in the end with my engine he did manage to diagnose a problem with my heater.

Kevin was well mannered curtiuos and honest went out of his way to try and help on the flip side very annoying that the whole charge of 65 .05 was applied no work was actually preformed on my car fair enough I expected the call out I did not cancel 24 hours before as states in contract so with this I find disgusting and would like a breakdown on charge's incurred

Kevin was great, let me know when he would arrive (within the time slot), carried out the work in awful weather conditions, and my car is now back on the road. He was very friendly and I'm very happy with the work he did to get my car fixed extremely quickly, and at the weekend too.

Great got a phone call before and after so not just a paper report. He was honest and told me what he thought. Saved me buying a bad car. So lost money with the inspection but no where near how much i would have paid out on the car later. Much cheaper than AA or RAC and doubt they would ring you direct. Was great for me
