My BMW 330i wouldn't start (in fact it wouldn't unlock fully) so I ordered a diagnostic. Later that day it became apparent that it may be a faulty battery so I SMS'd Kevin directly (thanks to the number given me by ClickMechanic) to explain and kevin called to discuss replacement battery options. I only didn't get a replacement battery through them as advice elsewhere suggested that I needed to register the battery with the computer on my bmw 3 series if it was changed but Kevin suggested they wouldn't do that (I assume they didn't have the necessary equipment). But ultimately they did what I needed to do, did a diagnostic to confirm that it was the battery and got me back on the road so I could take it to a BMW specialist to do whatever they needed to do with the computer and battery. Despite my indecisiveness on whether to get the battery through them or not both the guys were really friendly and efficient and got me back on the road very quickly with minimal fuss. Overall happy. Excellent mechanics would use again

Arrived much later than booked.
Should have been here 1600-1800
arrived at 1945

Mechanic due between 8 and 10am. No contact by 10:20 so emailed ClickMechanic. Got call from mechanic at about 10:45 with excuse. Said he would be there 3 - 4 pm. Arrived at 5:30 and then did job in the dark. Not worth the hassle.

A good mechanic..I felt at ease with him working on the car.
