Mechanic arrived late,30 minutes after booked time window, then unable to do the work as my car has an electric handbrake. Complete waste of my time. Given that i was required to input my car registration the possibility of an electric handbrake should have been flagged at the booking stage. On the surface click mechanic seems a good idea but has fundamental flaws.

Arrived 50 minutes late but didn't let me know. Then charged for 2.4 hours but was only here for 2 hours. Also charged for work I hadn't authorised. I currently have an outstanding Resolution Centre query with them for the unauthorised work but they haven't even responded to that. Very disappointed

I was really happy with the help and assistance given.

Turned up on time and completed job in time allocated, will definitely use again
