All went very well after a little unavoidable delay early on, outside anyone's control. Good communications throughout the day.

Queensbury were very professional and the guys who picked up and delivered the vehicle back in a good and clean condition to me were very pleasant and friendly. The mechanic was very helpful and kept me informed of the work in progress along the way, including sending some photographs to demonstrate. The time estimate was pretty much spot on. Would definitely recommend.

They were very helpful and got the van running. Originally thought it was glow plug issue but turned out to be the battery. They replaced it and now the van is working again.

Very happy with service, was kept informed of progress and consulted before any extra work was carried out.

Work was carried out to high a standard collection of vehicle was punctual, mechanic found water pump leaking which was advised of before changing this had to be removed anyway for timing belt change on this occasion only charged for pump and antifreeze.
Very friendly communication throughout, will certainly be using again. Car was delivered back by courteous driver. Overall excellent service.
