Great service on point and very helpful fast service no much waiting around will use them again

A nightmare journey had me miss my appointment time but I was told not to rush and they were at my workplace 40 minutes after I rang to say I was at the arranged address to pick up.
All seems well at the moment.
Not sure if the person dropping off the cat was the mechanic but he was very friendly and polite

An employee turned up when expected, drove the car away to the garage and returned it a few hours later. It's still early days, but so far no issues to report with the new rear shock absorbers.

Showed up on time, great communication and service. Zero hassle, would recommend.

Called a little before appointment to say that pickup driver was running late. Offered to reschedule another day or for me to bring it in myself. Took it down myself and they serviced it right away quick and efficient.
Mild inconvenience that it couldn't be picked up and dropped back off but no big deal- could have done a different day instead if it was, would happily use this garage again.

All good, the problem was fixed quickly. The mechanic knew how to deal with the issue straight away and I am happy with the service provided.

Didn't arrive on the day due to logistical problems agreed vehicle would need towing to his garage for furthar investigation next day, promptly called me back within an hour of collecting vehicle, unfortunately the vehicle was uneconomical to repair at his garage so have asked for it to be transported to another location which he has said he is happy to do

Excellent work. Full Service & MOT carried out and I am very happy with the work done and the price.

All good. There was an issue with my diagnosis of the problem but the resolution was reasonable.
