Simple, efficient and courteous. Only minor suggestion for improvement I would make is to be more realistic with pick up time. I received a call saying pick-up would be in 30 mins but it took about 90 mins which had me wondering if they had forgotten to pick up.

Omar was fantastic , identified the problem and fixed the fault very promptly .

I shall be using him again for other company vehicle problems .
