Really pleased, I was really dubious as it all sounded too good to be true but they have surpassed my expectations. I've never had a positive experience dealing with a garage, I always feel like I'm being ripped off and looked down on. Click Mechanic is a breath of fresh air, easy to use, efficient, and cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. Brett the mechanic who serviced and MOT'd my Audi A6 was great. Polite, helpful and gave me some advice which was really useful. Will definitely be using the service again and I am already recommending it to others.

Brett sorted the pre inspection out with the dealer directly, all I needed to do was read the report. The only (tiny) improvement might have been a text to say he'd arrived.

I have briefly road tested my car, which seemed very responsive. I will know better by this time next week when I have used the car more extensively.
