Pre-purchase Survey: I arrived where the vehicle was stored at the prearranged time to find the engineer had already been and surveyed the vehicle. I initially thought it was a shame as I'd have liked to go around the vehicle with him to ask questions. But I called him on his mobile (supplied) and he was very friendly and answered my questions and put my mind at rest about the purchase. So happy with the service. Thanks Andrew.

andrew was great, but the engine alert function was not reset so it is still telling me to service the car, how can you sort this out for me.? You could get customer requests to mechanics quicker too.
