Rang my door bell at exactly the minute of the hour I had booked. Was courteous, friendly and advised me against the work I had booked as unessecary expense. Really good experience and would use again with no hesitation

This was my first clickmechanic experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently and when I had a query the guys in the office were efficient and helpful.

Would have liked to see mechanic use equipment to test the vehicle or diagnose the problem rather than tell what he thinks it would be.

problem has come back

He spent a minute poking around the wiring loom and told me I needed to buy a new one. However, it seems almost impossible to buy a wiring loom for a 13 year old Rover.

The next day my car broke down with an immobiliser problem. The AA came and fixed it by soldering the wires in the wiring loom back together. This took about half an hour. Why couldn't the Click Mechanic have soldered the wires as I had paid for more than half an hour's labour?
