Andrew was on time and a pleasure to deal with despite having travelled sone cobsiderable distance and having to work in the cold and snow!

Arrived the same day as requested. Didn't really have the full set of diagnostic equipment needed. Said he'd e-mail me all the error codes he found, but only send one of them.

Had Water pump replaced original quote £76 revised quote £88? Also once completed mechanic charged extra for anti-freeze? Also not enough put in as 2 days later I have had to top up again!

Andrew called to confirm the booking then called back to say he could come a day early if it was convenient. He gave a time and arrived when he said.After inspection he advised that a strut change was advisable, he then organised the delivery and continued working while it was delivered. He finished the job and tested the repair. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thanks Andrew for all you did. I have already told some friends about this excellent service
