Diagnostics equipment couldn't give a definitive location for the fault, which was what was required. Makes the cost for a best guess seem expensive.

Excellant Service

We had trouble with our car Saturday morning and we booked a slot for their first available time on Monday morning. Andrew contacted us within an hour of submitting the request and asked if he could pop by that same day to see if the work could be done right away. He came and assessed the problem, but unfortunately he determined that we needed a part that he couldn't get until Monday. So we kept our original booked time slot and come Monday morning, Andrew was punctual (considering it was so early in the morning), was very considerate (he texted as opposed to knocking on the door as to not wake up our son), and the work was done on the car within the time he said it would.
