Both Patricks (Father and Son) were excellent. Patrick Snr collected my car and returned it and was very friendly, polite and helpful. Patrick Jnr rang me later to let me know that my car had passed its MOT and advised me of some minor work that would be required in two months' time. He also replaced the rear windscreen wiper blade at my request and only made a small charge for doing so. He was also very friendly and helpful and I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received. Recommended.

Excellent service all round, in terms of my car being picked up and delivered back very professionally, bang on the agreed times. Also the parts replaced were left in a box in the car for me to view as reassurance, a nice touch, and the amount charged was exactly as agreed. Discussed some potential jobs that may need fixing in future, and I would be happy to return, I could not be happier so credit where credit's due.

Patrick was very helpful and professional. I am 60 miles from home and using a garage that I have not used before was a worry as I have certainly come across my fair share of cowboys in the past. However, there was no need to worry at all. Patrick had great knowledge of my issue and communicated very well. Never spoke with the mechanic, however seem to have completed the service as specified and it continues to drive well. The MOT is registered with the DVLA.

The car was collected around 8.30am and delivered back at 6.30pm by a friendly member of the team. He showed mea copy of the agreement to verify is credentails.

No adverse comments on the service report, which was expected given the vehicle was only just 4 years old.
