Patrick at HiQ was really upfront about the work that needed to be done on the car. I booked in for a service because that’s what I thought needed doing but he called before carrying one out to explain that it was the thermostat and battery, although a service was due. He could have done the service regardless and then told me about other issues afterwards. But Instead of having me spend more money then I needed to, he checked with me first. That made me want to pay to get everyone done all the more (including the service). Yes I paid more than I expected to, better that than having an unsafe car.
