The mechanic arrived at the time on the paperwork. He was a friendly chap and explained which garage he and his son were located, what to expect if there was any additional work required and at what time the car would be returned. I got a phone call later that morning to advise what would need to be replaced, the reason why and what the cost would entail. The car was returned at the time they said it would be returned. I found the communication and timekeeping to be excellent and knowing the history and mileage of my car, I could understand the necessity of replacing the parts so I was very happy with the overall service the car received.

They have been very professional and helpful. I appreciated the good communication and the efforts during these weird times.
