I am really happy with the work carried out and the updates on what was happening with the car- I also appreciate you taking the time to sort out the nut bolt issue on the same day. Happy with the work but got confused and concerned by his communication method. His English was poor so he got someone else to call me to speak for him. This would have been fine if communicated in advance, but when someone calls and says "Hi it's the mechanic" when you have just handed your keys to the bloke you thought was the mechanic it puts you in a panic! Otherwise, very happy.
