Mark was on time, polite, helpful and did a good job and explained about the problems with the car which the dealer hadn't noticed last week or hadn't bothered telling me about. I have booked the car back in to the delaer to see if they can investigate it properly now that Mark has told me about it - I thought there there was something wrong and the dealer tried to pretend there wasn't. I will definitely use Mark again.

Mark did did the MOT and a full service on my Hyundai Getz. He asked to come a day early (which was fine with me) and kept me informed consistently on when I should expect him. He showed up at the right time and took the liberty of showing me his mechanic's insurance and ID without me having to ask so I felt reassured I was in good hands. He did the work on the car and had it back to me in less than 24 hours and emailed the MOT certificate over to me as the printer in the garage was broken. Overall happy with the service and would definitely be happy to work with Mark again.

Mark was fantastic in everything he did for us . He went beyond our expectations, was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, punctual.He was a stand in for mechanic who failed to turn up 3 times , wish he had been 1st choice .If I ever use Click Mechanic again ( & at present not sure I will) I would always want Mark working on my car .In a not inspiring service from your company Mark was the one redeeming factor.
