Mark was great, very friendly and honest, fixed our water pump and even cleared some difficult bits of drive belt which had wrapped tightly around the AC shaft.

All done inside of an hour and happy days.

Mark checked out a used Mercedes Benz that I wanted to buy which on paper seemed to be very impressive. The comprehensive report he gave me soon after he had inspected the car, was detailed and thorough. The diagnostic test was able to reveal a problem that could potentially have costed over £1000 to repair. As I am a complete novice to the technicalities of car engines, he was able to give me an idea of the nature of the potential problem as well as recommend further research through looking at car forums online. By this, I was able to make an informed decision that saved me some hard earned money!.

The only thing was, on the quote it said brake sensors and Mark did not bring them, but he did organise discs which were not originally on the quote so really he did good. But I still have the light on in the car and it also says check brake pads.

I am extremely happy with the professionality of Mark. To "professionality" I have to add also "correctness and sincerity". In fact he could have stated that a further intervention on my car was necessary, and further parts were to be replaced, and I would have probably believed him, and given him green light, because of my total lack of mechanical competence. But he invited me try how my car was behaving after his minimal intervention of yesterday night, and so far the car seems not to need any further work or new part.
