Mark was terrific. Honest, trustworthy, professional, reliable. The seller had totally wasted our time and the car had major transmission issues and an extroadinary amount of faults and Mark was very informative and kept calm when it got heated between us and the rogue seller. Definitely will use Mark again. He is also very polite and gets straight to the task at hand.

Mark communicated well and his advice was valuable. He did the servicing first and MOT later (contrary to the garage who did it last year) which meant that the faults in MOT had to be repaired after failing which increased the costs.
Also, the windscreen washer liquid spray system is not working properly after full service, which is a shame. I checked for leaves etc. that could be blocking the flow but there is nothing I could find. I think that the work was done in hurry.

Mark was very professional, punctual and very good at what he did. Made a tough job look so simple. Highly recommend will use instead of my local garage from now on. Gave me a call the night before and the morning to confirm everything.
