Crankshaft position sensor...James was brill.... on time.... knew his stuff... got job done on time..

Yes, James was all that and more. Initially James was supposed to come between 8 and 10am today (Tuesday). He sent a message to my phone to check if he could come earlier. I only responded to the message around 11pm on arrival home from work. He turned up promptly at 7am., did his job and was gone in a short space of time. He is a very friendly man and sounds very knowledgeable.

James was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable. Arrived within the allotted time. He seamed very genuine which is refreshing. Will hopefully be seeing him again for the repair and I will definitely be booking him for my next service!

Well, that was excellent. James kept in communication when he was on route. Once here, he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take.
