James correctly diagnosed a tricky fault in my daughter's old Citroen AX, found the part and fitted it quickly. Very happy!

Following the initial contact where I found out that the quote was incorrect as the parts quoted weren't available and so it would be another £125! James explained the situation clearly, carried out the work efficiently and in bitterly cold conditions. I was frustrated that the parts didn't come with the electronic sensors, so I still have a warning light that I have to get sorted elsewhere and have an additional cost! My request to Click, would be to ensure the quotes are correct, and ensure your suppliers keep you up to date on parts and what they come with.....or without in my case!!!!!

Very pleased with James and service he offered. Very quick response & it took him only a few minutes and my new battery was fitted and car 'ready to go'. Highly recommended!!
