Rob was punctual and professional. Work was carried out quickly and he also diagnosed a couple of other issues with the car during the repair booked. Highly recommended and will certainly use again in the future.

Very happy with pre purchase inspection. Gave me honest details to help me make an informed decision.

Rob did a great job explaining everything and clarifying exactly what was needed - and what wasn't, after the local Ford garage made the recommendation to replace both the brake pads and also the discs. Rob brought all the parts for the job but on inspection explained that whilst the pads absolutely needed replacing, the discs were fine which he showed me. Ford had quoted £259, Click mechanic said £155 but it was less again because Rob only did the necessary work. Helpful, attentive, polite, punctual, hard working = highly recommended.

Rob was really great. Good communication, informative notes, had descriptive telephone conversations both before and after and everything went smoothly and promptly. Would defo use again however unlikely as was used for a pre-buy inspection in another area pretty far from home.
