Robert was friendly, knowlegeable and took the time to understand what I wanted from my pre-purchase inspection vs the things I wasn't so concerned about. Good communication both prior to the appointment and after. Felt like I had an expert on my side. Would happily use again.

I wasn't there but Rob sent my report immediately after he'd inspected the car. I was unable to take his call so he asked me to call if I had any questions. I called him back and he explained the report and advised if I had any further questions to get in touch.
