Rob was outstanding, called me the day before the visit and 30 minutes prior to arrival, very polite, very efficient, I've never used this service before but recommend this service and especially Rob to everyone - he exceeded all expectations, I cannot praise him highly enough. Simply awesome

Rob was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I was assigned a time within 30 mins of my booking and on the day Rob called me around 9am to tell me his exact arrival time of 10:30. He was punctual, fast and efficient and liaised well with the dealership to let them know what the pre purchase check had brought up.
